PRT 13 - My Tho, Can Tho and Chau Doc Tour 3 Days 2 Nights

Itinerary

Day 1: HO CHI MINH CITY –MYTHO – CANTHO (-/L/D)

8:30 AM: Our tour guide and bus pick up at your hotel; depart for My Tho City arrival abound 10:00, the Capital of Tien Giang (Front River) province then take the big boat to cross the river to Ben Tre Province .

Stop over to learn how to do handmade coconut candy

Horse-drawn carriage takes you on the village’s roads

Getting to know daily activities of the local peoples along tributaries of river and enjoy some typical produces of the Mekong Delta like tropical candies, bee’s horny, fresh fruits (depend on the season)while the local music band serve you by traditional music.

Hand–rowing sampans take you along the small canal afterward head to Turtle Island for short trekking on the village’s road then stop at local house to taste the fresh coconut milk in their garden

The delicious lunch at the local restaurant will the last highlight of trip before coming back to the first boat station.

Keep driving head to Can Tho City (App:4:30)

Day 2: CAN THO – CHAU DOC (B/L/D)

After breakfast, take a sampan to visit Cai Rang floating market, a family run noodle making factory, witness the rural life, a rice-produce factory and the beautiful vegetation along the riverbanks. Discover Can Tho market.

Back to our car, continue to Chau Doc.

Visit the Sam Mountain to enjoy the breath-taking view and enjoy the sunset on the top of Sam Mountain. We will overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 3: CHAU DOC – HO CHI MINH (B/L/-)

A boat trip to visit the floating fish breeding farms reveals the amazing highlight of Chau Doc, a Cham minority village, whom still again employment from traditional weaving.

The last stop in Chau Doc is to a local Islamic Mosque. Have lunch at local restaurant before going back to Ho Chi Minh City.
