Continue to Tay Ninh, headquarters for the religion of Cao Dai, visit Grand Temple of the Cao Dai Holy See where you can learn more about this fascinating religion by observing the noon ceremony.
Have a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Return to your hotel in late afternoon.
Prepare to visit colorful market to get some foods for your hands on cooking class.
Then take you to Mai Home Sai Gon Culinary Art Center, the Vietnamese professional chefs will tell you some things about Vietnamese’s kitchen and culinary culture before cooking time.

Afternoon, continue to Tra Que Vegetable Village, experience a day of living and working with the local farmers in this village. A tour of the organic vegetable and herb gardens can include some time working in the field if you like, or merely observing and learning about the system and the fresh ingredients. Upon returning to the house, we were all treated to an herbal foot massage followed by a session of cooking various local dishes als such as : Tam Huu Spring Roll, Banh Xeo or the local pancake of the people from the middle region. Drive back to your hotel. Overnight in Hoi An.
Over night in Ha Noi.
After visiting Amazing cave, we stop at a floating house and go kayaking to enjoy the beauty of the bay with stalactite and stalagmite cave. And then we take a sunset cruise towards Ha Long wharf, drive back to Hanoi for your overnight stay. 8h30 pm tour ends in Ha Noi.

Day 3: Cooking Class - Ho Chi Minh City Tour
This morning pick you up at the hotel at 8: 30 p.m.Prepare to visit colorful market to get some foods for your hands on cooking class.

In the morning pick up at your hotel; depart for My Tho City, the Capital of Tien Giang (Front River) province where you can take the boat to get Unicorn Island, one of the four lucky islands. Day 5: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)
After breakfast, drive to boat station to visit Cai Rang floating market, a family run noodle making factory, witness the rural life, a rice-produce factory and the beautiful vegetation along the riverbanks. Discover Can Tho’s market, the drive back to Saigon after lunch at a local restaurant.Day 6: Free and easy day
Day 7: Ho Chi Minh - Da Lat
Morning pick up at your hotel and departure for Da Lat. Along the way stop in Bao Loc for a visit to a tea and coffee processing plant and then scenic Dambri Waterfall. Within have lunch at local restaurant, then got to Da Lat City, check in the hotel. The rest of day is free to explore this quaint city until dinnerDay 8: Da Lat City Tour (B/L/D)
After breakfast visit Domain de Marie Church, Emperor Bao Dai’s villa, Tuyen Lam Lake and Truc Lam Pagoda. After lunch at local restaurant then visit Mong Mo Hill (Dreamlike hill) and Da Lat history village.Day 9: Da Lat – Da Nang Airport (B/L/-)
Morning flight to the central coastal city of Danang. Upon arrival, transfer to the ancient port town of Hoi An. Embark on a walking tour of this charming town, visiting ancient merchants’ houses, a Hokkien temple, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the colorful riverside market. Afternoon trip to one of Hoi An’s famous lantern workshops. Guests learn how the lanterns are made and then have a chance to create their own. Tonight, we head to a local restaurant for a Vietnamese cooking class, where we'll learn the secrets to preparing some local specialties. We’ll savor the fruits of our labors for dinnerOver night in Hoi An.
Day 10: My Son Holyland - Tra Que Village
We travel about 50km from Hoi An to My Son sanctuary. It comprises many Champa temples, in a valley roughly two kilometers wide, surrounded by two mountain ranges. It was the site of religious ceremony of kings of the Champa dynasty, and was also a burial place of Champa royals and national heroes. The My Son temple complex is one of the foremost temple complexes of Hinduism in South East Asia and is the foremost heritage site of this nature in Vietnam. Though the complex has been destroyed over time, we still see many majestic ancient ruins of temples in the area. Day 11: Hoi An - Ha Noi
This morning, we fly from the Danang airport to Ha Noi. Arrive in Hanoi and transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or to begin exploring the city. In this evening watch a performance of the renowned water puppet theatre whose origins date back over a thousand years.Over night in Ha Noi.
Day 12: Ha Noi - Ha Long
Bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel. On the way to Ha Long city enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese village life. Arrive in Ha Long, go on board. Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone.After visiting Amazing cave, we stop at a floating house and go kayaking to enjoy the beauty of the bay with stalactite and stalagmite cave.
